Happy Thanksgiving from TeamCRC!
Once again, the holiday season is upon us, ushering in thoughts of thanks and appreciation. We are grateful for the long-standing relationships we've built over the years, the new connections we have made, and the wonderful opportunities we have been afforded to learn and grow.
We are fortunate to have seen many of you at recent events. It is always a pleasure to participate in this season’s conferences and sponsored charity events. These valuable occasions not only allow us to network, collaborate, and exchange insights with you all, but also provide an opportunity to give to communities in need.
We at CRC Services, LLC would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of you. We eagerly anticipate continued growth and success with you, our respected partners in the legal, veteran, and vocational rehabilitation communities.
Please enjoy the highlights of this season!

IARP Northeast Chapter Annual Conference

TeamCRC was pleased to attend the recent IARP Northeast Chapter Annual Conference in Saratoga Springs, New York 10/22/25- 10/24/25. A valuable resource to the private rehabilitation community, the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) provides member support, engaging discussions, and valuable learning opportunities by way of its national and regional annual conferences.
Over the course of last week's 2-day conference, rehabilitation professionals from across the New England / New York region had the opportunity to attend insightful presentations on relevant and timely topics affecting both the rehabilitation community and injured and disabled individuals today. Delivered by an array of qualified professionals, presentations dove into complex topics such as legal and ethical issues in case management, perspectives on the impacts of professional assessments, and cultural awareness. Other discussions highlighted promising developments in adaptive and assistive driving devices, insights on ADHD management, and explorations in entrepreneurship for the developmentally disabled.
Following the conference presentations, TeamCRC enjoyed the time together to recap the days' educational discussions and enjoy the timeless Saratoga Springs Casino and Resort venue. It would be hard to forget the wonderful dining experience at Morton's Steakhouse, the rousing performance from CRC's karaoke rockstars Zach Fosberg and Mackenzie Boucher, or our new buddy Bob from Panza's. Pictured are TeamCRC's Mary Kate Bailey, Mackenzie Boucher, Michael Lundin, David Soja, Erin Bailey, Zach Fosberg, and Frank Fazzolari.
We thank IARP for the rewarding experience and look forward to next year's conference!

IARP Members Team Up with United Against Poverty
September 18-20, 2025

TeamCRC is delighted to share a glimpse into IARP President Erin Bailey’s recent trip to Florida for the IARP Fall Forum & IALCP Symposium.
Following morning sessions of professional development, Ms. Bailey teamed up with fellow IARP members to volunteer for a Day of Service with the nonprofit organization, United Against Poverty (UAP) Orlando. UAP aims to create lasting change in impoverished communities by offering programs, training and support to help uplift and empower those in economic crisis. Ms. Bailey’s team was pleased to be able to come together and give back to the community through this fun, insightful, and meaningful experience.
The International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) serves as a valuable resource to the private rehabilitation community, providing education, support and guidance for its members. Pictured with CRC’s Erin Bailey are IARP members Kim Bailey, Carolina Salazar, Jacqueline Valencia, as well as other members of the IARP team.
