Employment & Transition Specialist - MassAbility
Mackenzie Boucher joined CRC Services, LLC in 2025 as an Employment and Transition Specialist. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor dedicated to assisting individuals with disabilities improve their lives by utilizing a strength-based approach and a culturally sensitive lens to provide vocational rehabilitation services.
In her role, Mackenzie provides individuals with disabilities vocational guidance and counseling to assist with job development, placement, and retention services leading to competitive employment outcomes. Additionally, she facilitates workshops and teaches in classrooms at local high schools to educate students transitioning into post-secondary schooling or vocational endeavors. Mackenzie values rapport building and self-advocacy in working with participants and students.
Ms. Boucher also assists with and conducts vocational assessment interviews, transferable skills
analyses, labor market surveys to determine the employability of an individual. She works with veterans who have service-connected disabilities seeking Total Disability Individual Unemployability benefits by reviewing medical records, conducting vocational assessment interviews and authoring reports.
Mackenzie is an active member of both the American Counseling Association and the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP). She currently serves as a member of IARP’s Membership and Marketing committee.
Ms. Boucher graduated from Springfield College with a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science with minors in Psychology and Rehabilitation and Disability Studies.
