Elyzsia-Faith Elliott joined CRC Services, LLC in 2016.
As Operations Supervisor, Ms. Elliott performs essential business functions for the firm and oversees the smooth execution of daily accounting, marketing, administrative, technical, and office operations.
Working with the firm’s litigation, veteran law, government, and SSA accounts, Ms. Elliott administers billing and accounts receivable, navigating the client-specific systems, requirements and procedures of each. She also manages and oversees the daily scheduling and hearing processes of hundreds of vocational expert hearings requested by the Social Security Administration. She is the firm’s main point of contact for SSA’s Northeast regional hearing offices.
In addition, Ms. Elliott is responsible for the instruction and supervision of administrative and technical staff. She monitors records and data management, purchasing and office procedures, as well as vendor and technical support. She also assists upper management in payroll reporting, litigation tracking, organizational systems, and accounts payable.
Seasoned in freelance and in-house communications, Ms. Elliott creates advertising literature for the firm, assists in text and copy editing, and collaborates on presentations and web design. She also manages the implementation of the firm's marketing projects and supervises the execution of social media and email marketing campaigns.
Prior to joining CRC Services, Ms. Elliott worked in a variety of industries: for large companies, small businesses, non-profit organizations, and individual clients, acquiring a treasury of best practices and skills. She holds over 15 years’ experience in management and sales, 25 years’ experience in accounting, inventory management, customer service, and organizational systems, and over 25 years’ experience in technical and creative writing, visual arts, and design.
Ms. Elliott graduated summa cum laude from Bay Path University with a B.A. in Communications and a focus in Leadership and Organizational Studies. For her academic performance and consistent Dean’s List placement, she was awarded multiple scholarships and inducted into Bay Path’s Maroon Key Honor Society. Prior to Bay Path University, Ms. Elliott attended the University of Hartford for Business and English.
Outside of CRC, Ms. Elliott is a caregiver, support, and advocate for loved ones with disabilities and special needs.
