Kelsey Brousseau, M.Ed., CRC, serves as a Vocational Consultant and Program Supervisor with CRC Services. A Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Ms. Brousseau earned her Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Springfield College and has more than ten years of experience providing vocational rehabilitation, assessment, and disability-related services to individuals with disabilities.

In her current role, Ms. Brousseau oversees the coordination of CRC Services TDIU program. She serves as a primary point of contact for TDIU referral partners, coordinates incoming referrals and case assignments among vocational consultants, monitors case timelines and deliverables, and works collaboratively with attorneys, legal professionals, and vocational experts to ensure responsive communication and timely completion of assessments. Her vocational consulting experience also includes administering and interpreting vocational assessments to evaluate vocational abilities, employment potential, and occupational options.

In addition to her supervisory role, Ms. Brousseau specializes in conducting vocational evaluations involving Total Disability based on Individual Unemployability (TDIU) claims for disabled veterans seeking benefits through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, as well as Aid & Attendance (A&A) and Independent Living Assessments. In TDIU matters, she conducts comprehensive vocational assessment interviews, reviews and synthesizes medical, educational, and employment records, evaluates functional limitations and their vocational impact, performs transferable skills analyses, and analyzes occupational requirements utilizing vocational resources, including the Dictionary of Occupational Titles. Through this process, she evaluates a veteran’s ability to secure and follow substantially gainful employment and authors comprehensive vocational reports addressing employability. In A&A and Independent Living matters, Ms. Brousseau conducts comprehensive functional assessments in support of veterans seeking Special Monthly Compensation (SMC) based on the need for Aid & Attendance. These assessments evaluate the impact of service-connected disabilities on activities of daily living, functional independence, and the veteran’s need for regular assistance within the home and community.

Ms. Brousseau additionally serves as the Transition Services Supervisor for CRC Services, where she oversees transition programming provided in collaboration with MassAbility. In this capacity, she supervises employment and transition specialists, develops targeted vocational curriculum, and collaborates with state agencies, schools, colleges, and community partners to expand access to high-quality transition services for students and young adults with disabilities.
