In June 2025, the Supreme Court issued a unanimous decision in Soto v. United States, a class action lawsuit brought by the National Veterans Legal Services Program (NVLSP), and our pro bono partner law firm, Sidley Austin LLP. The case concerned the denial of retroactive Combat-Related Special Compensation (CRSC) benefits.

To inform veterans about this historic decision, NVLSP (National Veterans Legal Services Program) is pleased to offer a FREE informational webinar. The webinar will provide a comprehensive overview of the Soto decision, and CRSC benefits. Click here to sign up
