Zachary T. Fosberg joined CRC Services, LLC in 2016. Mr. Fosberg is a nationally certified rehabilitation counselor, a member of Chi Sigma Iota—Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society International, and IARP—International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.
As a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant with CRC Services, LLC, Mr. Fosberg provides vocational guidance and counseling services to injured workers in Massachusetts and Connecticut. This consists of conducting vocational assessment interviews, vocational testing, transferable skills analyses, labor market surveys, job seeking skills training, job development, retraining development and coordination, and job placement services. Mr. Fosberg also provides services to disabled veterans conducting independent living assessments and providing evaluation services to veterans for their Total Disability based on Individual Unemployability claims.
Mr. Fosberg serves as an impartial vocational expert witness at Social Security Administration, Office of Hearing Operations before Administrative Law Judges throughout New England testifying on vocational issues and responding to questions on a disabled claimant’s job classification, skill level and transferability, as well as opining on work force numbers in various hypothetical situations.
Mr. Fosberg co-presented at the 2017 Connecticut Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Retreat in Stowe, Vermont, on current tips and trends in vocational rehabilitation and employability.
Mr. Fosberg served as an adjunct faculty member in the Rehabilitation and Disability Studies Department at Springfield College and instructed undergraduate level students in interviewing and case study methods.
Mr. Fosberg graduated from Springfield College with a B.S. in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies and a M.Ed. in Rehabilitation Counseling in 2017. He also received the Distinguished Graduate Student Award for the School of Health Sciences and Rehabilitation Studies for superior academic performance and contributions in the areas of leadership, research, and service to humanity.
