In the earlier days of my practice there was a limited pool of vocational experts, and quite frankly, there were few, if any, characteristics or strengths that differentiated those in the field. Approximately five years ago I had the good fortune of being involved in a case where a co-defendant had retained the services of CRC Services, LLC.
To say that I was merely impressed would be an understatement. Never before had I met experts in any field who are as thorough, meticulous, well informed and most importantly, from my point of view, accessible. I have utilized CRC Services as a resource far beyond the scope of the vocational assessment. I have requested and received an education on the methodology of vocational examination process and provided assistance in preparing examination of other experts. When I present CRC Services, LLC experts for live testimony they are unequalled. Their knowledge of the case, their ability to explain complex concepts in terms understandable to all, their equanimity in the face of contentious cross examinations never ceases to impress. James D. Moran, JR. Esq.
When our office seeks out an expert witness to assist us, our goal is to find someone who is knowledgeable in their field, thorough in their preparation and research and honest in their assessment whether it be favorable or not.
CRC Services, LLC has consistently exceeded our expectations in every area. They are experts in their field; they are extremely thorough and most importantly, they are straight shooters! I never worry that they have cut corners or ignored unfavorable items simply to tell me what I want to hear. I am always confident that they will stand behind whatever they say.
We employ their services to the exclusion of other vocational specialists and will happily continue to do so as long as they remain available. David J. Morrissey, Esq. Our office represents Social Security Claimants nationwide and we have come to rely on several key services from CRC including: quality vocational analysis with compelling phraseology, accommodation for rush requests and a continued willingness to be available for discussion on tricky vocational issues. Having a vocational opinion from CRC Services to include with our case briefs makes an excellent impression on the judges we deal with. Stapleton Law Offices
I recently had occasion to request a vocational report from CRC Services, LLC. My client, a Workers’ Compensation claimant, met with David Soja on several occasions and prepared an extremely complete report; supported by numerous tests he administered to support his findings. Later, it was necessary for him to testify before the Workers’ Compensation Commissioner. After completing my direct examination, he was subject to a difficult cross examination. The outcome was favorable to my client who was ruled to be vocationally disabled under the Osterlund test.
My client and I are very impressed with the vocational knowledge and tenacity of Mr. Soja, which I have found to be true of all the CRC Services professionals. The respondents did not appeal this decision. Kevin Coombes, Esq.
