Erin S. McLane, joined CRC Services, LLC in 2007.

Ms. McLane is a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor and provides a wide range of direct professional vocational services to veterans and workers-compensation injured workers in New England. This includes vocational assessment interview and testing, independent living assessment, vocational counseling and guidance, transferrable skills assessment, labor market survey, selective job placement and recommending suitable job retraining programs.

As liaison to the Prime NAS Contractor of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, (DVA), in New England, Ms. McLane also provides oversight and management of all DVA training access and security compliance to the firm and all independent contractor vocational rehabilitation consultants serving veterans who reside throughout New England.

Ms. McLane is a nationally certified rehabilitation counselor and graduated from Springfield College with a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling (2008)
